The 10 Days of MOVEHAPPY Challenge is perfect for anyone looking to kickstart a sustainable exercise routine with just 10 minutes of movement a day. It’s ideal for:

Your task is simple: engage in at least 10 minutes of physical activity for 10 consecutive days. 

Your outcome: to seamlessly integrate daily movement into your life, while keeping you motivated, accountable, and focused within our supportive community group!

Improving our habits is WAY more fun when we're among a group of like-minded humans!

For extra accountability, you'll check in with our community group each day and share what activity you did.

Each day you complete 10 minutes and post about it, you'll earn a ballot for the draw at the end of the challenge and we have some pretty AMAZING prizes this year!!!

If 10 minutes feels too short, feel free to aim for more. Whatever duration you choose, ensure it's sustainable and realistic for you. Consider what you could envision maintaining for LIFE. For most people, committing to 10 minutes is entirely doable!

Those 10 minutes of movement could involve a leisurely stroll through the park or your neighborhood, joining a MOVEHAPPY yoga or fitness class, or simply dancing to music in your living room—whatever gets you moving and feeling happy!

The challenge will take place within our exclusive accountability community group.

Each day, you'll share a photo of your activity along with a short comment confirming your completion of the 10-minute movement, allowing us to celebrate your progress and offer encouragement alongside fellow MOVEHAPPY challengers. 

What Members Said About The Challenge Last Year

Did Someone Say PRIZES? 

Move for 10-minutes ➡️ submit a photo ➡️ receive a ballot, it's that simple!

For each day you complete 10 minutes of activity and submit it into the group, you will receive a ballot for the draw at the end of the challenge. For example, if you complete 7/10 days of movement, you will receive 7 ballots! 

You must submit your photo by the end of each day in order to receive a ballot.

And no...your photo doesn't have to be a "sweaty selfie" if you don't feel comfortable! A picture of your walk, the class you did, exercise equipment...it all works!

You'll not only enjoy access to the challenge and our accountability group but also gain entry to our array of joint-friendly fitness and yoga classes. Tips for Challenge Success

Find Activities You Enjoy

 The key to sticking to an exercise routine LIFElong is finding activities that you enjoy. This challenge is not about doing something that you dread or find boring. It’s about finding something that makes you feel happy and energized.

Make Time For Exercise

One of the biggest challenges of exercise is finding the time to do it. Find a time that works for you, whether it’s in the morning, during your lunch break, or in the evening. Schedule it into your calendar or set a reminder on your phone. By making exercise a priority, you will be more likely to stick to it.

Overcoming Challenges

There will be days when you don’t feel like exercising, or when life gets in the way. It’s important to remember that setbacks are normal and to not beat yourself up over them.

If you miss a day, don’t give up. Just pick up where you left off and keep going. Remind yourself of why you started this challenge in the first place and how it’s benefiting your health and happiness.
