A Little About Me: Your Dedicated Health Coach & Exercise Specialist

Hi, I'm Sarah! With over a decade of experience in fitness and health, I've dedicated myself to helping individuals of all backgrounds and lifestyles get moving and adjust their habits for good.

I hold a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from the University of the Fraser Valley, and I've furthered my education with an undergraduate certificate in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the American College of Sports Medicine. As a lifelong learner, I'm committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in exercise science and behaviour change to better serve my clients.

I've had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients, from busy moms and entrepreneurs to those managing health conditions or recovering from injuries. My approach is all about personalization—tailoring each exercise and wellness plan to meet the unique needs, goals and challenges of the individual...and heck, having some fun while we're at it!
