I help people redefine the way we approach and think about fitness. Gone are the days of obsessing over calorie counts or dripping in sweat. Instead, we move our bodies because it makes us stronger from the inside out. Here, movement isnât just about "sculpting" our bodiesâit's about exercising for our health and quality of life.
With a decade of experience in the fitness realm helping hundreds of people with various health goals, I've honed the skills to craft workouts that arenât just effective, but genuinely enjoyable.
When I'm not teaching, you can find me snuggling up with my 3 pugs (Ernie, Jax & Chewie), and doing anything and everything outside in nature!
