I'll be your host and your biggest cheerleader all month long. This challenge is all about having fun, getting outside, and doing it together with a group of like minded people who just get it. We keep each other accountable right inside our private Facebook group, sharing our steps, our wins, and the days that felt hard. No pressure, no comparison, just good company and a whole lot of encouragement. And yes, it's completely free.
