Why it matters

More than a walk. A turning point.

Daily walking is one of the most underrated tools for women in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond. Here's what showing up every day this July can do for you.

Improve your body composition
Daily movement is one of the most sustainable ways to support fat loss and get leaner, helping reveal the strong body you're working toward.
Build the habit of exercise
Thirty-one days of showing up turns "I should move more" into a habit that actually sticks long after July ends.
Strengthen your bones
Weight-bearing movement like walking helps maintain bone density, one of the most important things we can do for our health as we age.
A group of like minded women
You're not doing this alone. Real encouragement and accountability from women who get exactly where you're at, every single week.
Upgrade your whole lifestyle
Each week we'll talk nutrition, protein, and simple strength training routines, so the walking becomes part of a bigger, lasting change.
Feel stronger, inside and out
More energy, better mood, and the quiet confidence that comes from keeping a promise to yourself every single day.
