Hi, I'm Sarah McFadyen!

Your Exercise & Lifestyle Specialist

I'll be your host and your biggest cheerleader all month long. This challenge is all about having fun, getting outside, and doing it together with a group of like minded people who just get it. We keep each other accountable right inside our private Facebook group, sharing our steps, our wins, and the days that felt hard. No pressure, no comparison, just good company and a whole lot of encouragement. And yes, it's completely free.

The Daily Rhythm

Move daily
Get your steps in however suits your day, a walk, errands, or dancing in the kitchen.

Check in daily
Drop a quick note in our Facebook group. This is where the accountability lives, and it keeps it fun.

Share wins & struggles
The good days and the hard ones both count. Honesty makes the group real.

Encourage others
Cheer each other on. We go further when we're walking together.
Plus, all month long: bonus tips on protein, strength training, and staying motivated, woven right in alongside the walking.
