WELCOME TO THE MOVEHAPPY ON-DEMAND LIBRARY

Hi Tribe!

There’s a TON of high quality exercise classes just waiting for you to try, including: strength training, yoga (both on the mat and chair), tabata, cardio kickboxing, stability ball classes and the list goes on! My mission is to keep classes ”fresh” so you never get bored, and to ensure that each one is designed to suit the needs of anybody whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned veteran!

Maybe you’ll stick to and fall in love with a specific type of class, such as 3 Rounds or HIIT & Stretch (read more about our classes here), or perhaps you’ll enjoy the variety. Whatever is, just remember to always listen to and honour your body first. I’ll guide you through each class, but I want you to move in a way that makes YOUR body feel fantastic and confident! Your safety is number one, so if you’d like a bit more information on how hard you should exercise, frequency, etc…then please read this Guide for some short yet sweet tips.

Lastly, if you require any suggestions on where to start or what style of class you should take, or if you have any feedback, then please don’t hesitate to reach out!
