Whether you're new to MOVEHAPPY and just starting your journey, you need help with healthy habit formation, looking to learn modifications, master your form or you want a private personal training session that's completely tailored to your goals, needs and body, then this is for you!

This is a private session that is completely tailored to you! You can book either a 30 min or 60 min slot with me. 

Prior to your session, you will be sent an intake form which will allow me to create a personalized and meaningful session.

Private sessions are being exclusively offered to MOVEHAPPY members only at a discounted rate - perks of being a member!

I cannot wait to get to work 1-on-1 with you towards your health and fitness goals!

30 minute session ($40)

Quick questions? Want a short yet sweet session? Then this might be the perfect option for you.

60 minute session ($55)

Want a full workout? Something more in-depth? Then let's spend an entire hour devoted to you!

Who would benefit from a private session?

Newbies to MOVEHAPPY or to Exercise

Although I try my very best to make the experience as beginner friendly as possible, sometimes when we start a new program it can be a little confusing or overwhelming - new platform, new exercises, different classes and the list goes on! During our 1-on-1 session together, we can go over any questions that you might have in regards to MOVEHAPPY, your form, go through specific exercises, equipment, creating a schedule that works with your lifestyle and setting up your individualized exercise space.

Modification/Form Seekers

At MOVEHAPPY, my goal is to make exercise feel good and fit YOUR body. Sometimes it can be the littlest of 'tweaks' in your form that can make the biggest of differences! I can help you find exercises that are the most effective and enjoyable for your body.

This is also a great option if you have an injury. As a Kinesiologist, I can show you how to modify exercises and suggest safe and effective ones to do. Please note that this session does not treat pain. See your doctor or a physiotherapist if you require treatment.

Healthy Habit Formation

Struggling to make exercise a habit and something that you do on a regular and consistent basis? Then let's chat! This is my speciality - helping people turn exercise into a healthy lifestyle. Based on your situation (goals and lifestyle), we will come up with various strategies and a plan together that you can implement immediately to help you find your 'groove' with exercise and make it stick lifelong.

One or two sessions could be the
difference between frustration with your habits and empowerment through personalized strategies that work with your lifestyle.

Personal Training

Can these sessions be used for personal training? Heck yes! If you just want an additional session that's completely tailored to your goals and body, then let's do it! We'll work out together (remotely 🏡) while ensuring you're doing your exercises with proper and the most effective form. Maybe you want a class devoted to building a strong core, improving your posture, a yoga session on the mat or with the chair that's the most effective for low back pain or improving your mobility...it's completely up to you!
