Hi, I'm Sarah. I've watched too many brilliant, busy women feel like "failures" for not sticking to rigid, unrealistic plans. Here's the truth: consistency is a skill, not a personality trait, and it's one I'll teach you.

I'm not just your coach, I'm your strategist. With a degree in Kinesiology and Psychology and a Clinical Exercise Physiology certificate (ACSM), I blend the science of the body with the psychology of real change, so you don't just get a workout, you get the tools to rewire your habits for good.

Absolutely. Body recomposition, fat loss, and building lean strength are all things we can work toward together. Yes, we'll dial in your personalized custom macros, but just as importantly, we put the healthy habits in place so you can actually maintain your results long after. The body you want is the byproduct of eating well, training consistently, and sleeping well, and when those foundations stick, the results last.

Because we don't rely on willpower or all-or-nothing rules. My coaching is a hybrid of science and psychology: we build a plan around your real life and the habits that fit it. For most people, the missing link is a high level of support and accountability to actually help you follow through, not just in the easy stretches, but when things get hard too. That's exactly what you get here, so consistency finally feels doable even on the messy weeks.

Private coaching is a premium, high-touch investment in your long-term health. No two women are the same, and no two plans are the same, so the exact investment depends on your goals and what it will take to reach them. We map that out together on your free consultation call.

For perspective: personal training alone runs around $100/hour, so just once a week is roughly $400/month, and that's only the workout. Add a nutritionist? Another few hundred a month. A mindset or accountability coach? More again. With my program you get all of it in one place, for a fraction of the cost: fitness coaching, nutrition strategy, 1:1 health coaching sessions, and the accountability to actually follow through, plus you can reach me anytime, not just in a single 60-minute slot.

My goal is to make this the last time you ever have to invest in a fitness program, because this time, we're building a lifestyle that lasts.

In our initial onboarding call, we actually sit down and discuss your fitness goals first, then build around them. Whether that's twice a week or three times a week, this program is completely tailored to you. And it's not about how much you do, it's about what you're doing, so most workouts (depending on you) will be 30 minutes or less.

It's a 24-week journey, because real, lasting change takes more than a quick fix. We build the foundation, then strengthen it. That said, most women stay a minimum of a year, simply because they enjoy the journey so much, and there's never any rush to leave.
