Hi, I'm Sarah!

Exercise Specialist & Yoga Teacher

I'm an Exercise Specialist with over a decade in the fitness and health world, a degree in Kinesiology, and a certificate in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the American College of Sports Medicine. But really? I'm just a girl who loves helping women feel amazing in their bodies. I started MOVEHAPPY to flip the whole script on fitness.

For too long it's been about calorie counting and workouts that leave you wrecked. Here, movement is about feeling genuinely good in your own skin and building strength safely, joyfully, and on your terms. So come as you are, friend. I'll see you in class!

Do I need to be fit to start?+

Not at all. Every class is beginner-friendly and guided step by step, with options and modifications throughout, so you choose what feels right for your body.

What equipment do I need?+

You can technically start with nothing, but the staples are a set of weights, a long resistance band, and a sturdy chair. If you want to get stronger, weights are worth the investment.

How long are the classes?+

Short and doable. Every class is 30 minutes or less, so you can fit real movement into a busy life without it taking over your day.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Your first 7 days are free, and you can cancel anytime. No contracts, no hoops to jump through.
